Planning Manager (f/m/d) Interior & Workplace Consulting and Planning

Role Summary

Our aim is to plan and realize sophisticated construction and real estate projects with sustainable added value. In our User Centric Solutions team, we develop modern working environments - from office space planning to implementation. Together with our interdisciplinary team, you will advise well-known customers from a wide range of industries and be responsible for exciting projects.

Holistic project management in consulting and planning around new working environments and the user - from the first vision and concept idea to the planning of all service phases

• Independent management of interdisciplinary projects
• Preparation of offers and support up to the final invoice
• Responsible for budget, deadline and quality management
• Technical leadership and coordination of project teams (up to 4 people)
• Active support in the acquisition of projects and new customers as well as proactive management of existing customer relationships

Requirements

• Completed studies in architecture, interior design or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in project management of demanding projects
• Sound knowledge of planning, project management and confident use of CAD and MS Office
• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
• Willingness to travel within Germany
• Competence and creativity in planning and managing interior design projects

Strong communication and consulting skills paired with a confident demeanor as well as the ability to work in a team and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
