Role Summary
We are looking for a Data Engineer to strengthen our Engineering team. This position plays a strategic role in the support and evolution of our data platform, ensuring efficient orchestration, scalability and reliability. The professional will be responsible for delivering critical data to the business areas, applying the best engineering practices and proposing continuous technical improvements, always focusing on quality, stability and consistency.

- Experience with non-relational databases (e.g.: MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB);
- Experience with agent platforms, LLMs (Large Language Models) and generative AI, applied to pipelines and data automation.

- Participate end-to-end in the data cycle: from understanding needs with developers and/or external sources to creating pipelines and data modeling;
- Contribute to data-driven discussions, supporting both the Engineering team and other business areas;
- Implement and disseminate good engineering practices, such as code versioning, automated testing, data validation and metadata documentation;
- Act as a facilitator in the integration between technology, analytics, data science teams and business areas;
- Document processes, flows and deliveries in detail, promoting transparency and knowledge sharing;
Perform data extractions, transformations and analysis, ensuring quality, consistency and reliability of information.
Experience in integration with Data Science, Analytics or Product teams will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex and performant queries;
- Experience in data modeling to optimize storage and query structures;
- Solid experience in data engineering, working in ingestion, transformation and orchestration pipelines;
- Experience with orchestration tools (for example: Airflow, Prefect, Dagster or similar);
- Knowledge of Delta Lake and good practices for versioning/management of historical data;
- Experience in data security, including masking, anonymization and governance;
- Working knowledge of cloud computing services (AWS, GCP or Azure), including storage, processing and databases;
- Experience in building and maintaining scalable and resilient data pipelines;
- Knowledge of good versioning practices (Git), CI/CD and agile methodologies;
Good communication and collaboration skills to interact with technical and business stakeholders.
