Role Summary

• Location: Co. Leitrim
• Salary: €33,000 gross per annum
• Start Date: Immediate / Negotiable
• Accommodation: Optional staff accommodation at €500 per month, all-inclusive, for the first 6 months( if needed for relocation)
• Staff Meals: Provided during working hours
• Tips: Additional earnings through gratuities
• Contract: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cafe/Restaurant in Co.Leitrim

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a range of high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes and baked products while maintaining excellent standards of presentation, consistency and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce pastries, desserts, cakes and baked products.
• Maintain consistently high standards of quality and presentation.
• Support menu development and introduce new pastry and dessert ideas.
• Manage preparation and production efficiently.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Monitor stock, ingredients and minimise food waste.
• Work closely with the wider kitchen and café team.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous professional pastry/bakery experience.
• Strong pastry and dessert preparation skills.
• Good attention to detail and presentation.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, organised and comfortable working in a busy environment.
• Good English communication skills.
