An established independent hospitality business in the area of Co. Kerry is recruiting experienced Bar & Waiting Assistants for permanent full-time positions.

- Salary & Working Hours
- Starting hourly rate: €14.15–€14.50 gross per hour, depending on experience
- Guaranteed minimum: 37.5 hours per week
- Additional hours are regularly available and are often required
- During the high season and other busy periods, employees typically work approximately 45 hours per week
- Candidates must therefore be comfortable with the flexibility required within a busy hospitality operation, particularly during peak periods

Requirements
Candidates must have
- Minimum 2 years' relevant hospitality experience
- Strong practical experience across both bar and waiting/table service
- The ability to work confidently without requiring basic hospitality training
- Good spoken English and customer communication skills
- Professional customer-service standards
- The ability to work independently when required
- A flexible attitude towards duties and working patterns
- The ability to work effectively within a smaller team
- Previous experience within a small hotel, restaurant, pub or independently managed hospitality business would be a significant advantage.
