*Kitchen Porter - The Wyatt Hotel*

The Wyatt Hotel is seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes, cookware and kitchen equipment
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen
• Cleaning floors, work surfaces, storage areas and waste stations
• Removing waste safely and following recycling procedures
• Assisting with deliveries and storing supplies correctly
• Supporting chefs with basic food preparation when required
• Following all food safety, hygiene, health and safety procedures
• Completing other reasonable duties as directed by the Head Chef
• The ideal candidate will be dependable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They should work well as part of a team, follow instructions and take pride in keeping the kitchen clean, safe and organised.
• Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided. Candidates must be available for a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
