A well-established hospitality business located along Ireland’s stunning west coast is currently hiring a Kitchen Porter (KP) to join their professional kitchen team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in hospitality while living in a safe, scenic, and affordable part of Ireland.

You will play a key role in supporting the kitchen team, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and smooth service operations at all times.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, pot wash, and back-of-house areas
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans during service
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks
• Ensure hygiene and HACCP standards are consistently followed
• Manage waste disposal and keep work areas organised
• Support the kitchen team during busy periods
• Assist with deliveries and stock organisation when required

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter minimum 1 year, along with references to support the application
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good level of English
• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
• Positive attitude and flexibility
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland- no visa support
