• Annual Salary: €36,605
• Hours: 39 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, and bake a variety of cookie doughs in accordance with recipes.
• Ensure all products are baked to perfection, meeting company standards for taste and appearance.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and workspaces, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor oven temperatures and timing to ensure optimal baking conditions.
• Scale and portion doughs for consistency in product size and weight.
• Assisting with decorating or finishing cookies.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
• Assist with packaging and preparing cookies for shipment or delivery.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new cookie flavors and recipes.
• Ensure that all cookies are produced efficiently, on time, and in accordance with daily production targets.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Formal culinary education or equivalent experience as a Baker
• Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
• Ability to read and follow recipes and instructions
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication skills
