• Position Details
• Position: Chef de Partie / Strong Senior Chef
• Contract Type: Full-Time / Permanent
• Salary: €17.00 – €18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Hours: Approx. 40 hours per week
• Start Date: ASAP / Flexible for the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Managing a designated kitchen section
• Supporting daily kitchen operations
• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
• Supporting stock rotation and kitchen organisation
• Assisting during busy service periods
• Working closely with the wider kitchen team

Requirements

• Previous experience within a busy kitchen environment
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good organisational and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure during service
• English communication skills required
• EU Passport / Right to Work preferred
