Professional management and further development of the scheduling team as well as ensuring a uniform, high-quality scheduling methodology across all projects in our EPCM Industry business unit (e.g. semiconductor factories, battery cell production sites, process industry)

Independently developing, updating, checking and releasing complex project and schedule plans (up to level 4) for demanding large-scale projects as well as carrying out cross-project schedule reviews and coordinating schedule-relevant requirements with internal and external project participants

Responsible for maintaining time and resource planning in accordance with project objectives; Identifying critical paths and deriving control strategies at project and portfolio level

• Develop and optimize resource allocation over the duration of the project, taking into account capacity limits in the team
• Creating, reviewing and analyzing project control and progress reports, identifying deviations and deriving and tracking corrective measures
• Participate in the development of project delivery plans including risk and opportunity assessment in scheduling
• Establish and maintain standards, templates and best practices for scheduling within the business unit

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies related to the construction industry, e.g. B. Civil engineering, architecture, supply engineering, industrial engineering or comparable
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in the scheduling of industrial construction projects, ideally initial experience in the technical guidance of schedulers
• Very good knowledge of project management and scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project) as well as in-depth experience in earned value management and progress monitoring
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or a comparable project management certification is an advantage
• Fluent German and English skills (each at level B2 or higher)
• High willingness to travel for project assignments at home and abroad
