To coordinate the construction logistics of a demanding, highly complex industrial project in the semiconductor industry, we are looking for an experienced and committed individual whose expertise and organizational skills are beyond any doubt.
Contractual home location: flexible – at a Drees & Sommer location of your choice throughout Germany
Place of work: in an EU bordering country west of Germany (100% willingness to travel required)
Coordination and coordination of the construction logistics processes on the construction site of a major project in the semiconductor industry (Semiconductor Fabrication)
- Support in the planning, implementation and ongoing updating of construction logistics concepts across all construction phases
- Control and monitoring of construction site equipment, material flows, traffic routes as well as delivery and disposal processes
- Close coordination with construction management, subcontractors and other project participants to ensure smooth processes
Participation in scheduling, cost and quality control in the area of construction logistics as well as support in supplement and change management as well as in the implementation of the valid occupational safety guidelines
Identification of optimization potential and implementation of efficient, practical solutions in construction site operations
Requirements
- Completed studies in civil engineering, logistics, architecture or a comparable qualification, alternatively training to become a state-certified construction technician
- Several years of experience in construction logistics/construction logistics coordination, ideally in large-scale construction projects in the high-tech/semiconductor industry
- Goal-oriented, independent action, a high level of advisory skills and a structured and independent way of working
- Fluent written and spoken German and English skills, and knowledge of Flemish or French are very advantageous
- Unrestricted project-related travel within Germany and Europe
