Become part of our Urban and Infrastructure Solutions team and take advantage of the opportunity to gain practical experience in a wide range of development topics - from urban districts to business locations to smart city and mobility projects - and to further expand your network.

• Support in real estate, urban development, location development and smart city projects
• Creation of presentations, management summaries and decision-making principles for customers and project teams
• Support with strategic business development and acquisition topics
• Organization, preparation and follow-up of workshops, meetings and project appointments including taking minutes
• Communication and coordination with internal and external project partners
• Support in maintaining and structuring project files and digital collaboration platforms

Requirements

Studies in the areas of urban development, real estate, mobility, infrastructure, sustainability, economics, geography, architecture, social sciences, engineering or comparable subject areas

• Interested in issues of city, location and real estate development
• Confident use of MS Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as experience in dealing with AI, tools and in-depth dealing with agents
• German language skills at an independent application level (at least B2)
• Structured and independent way of working as well as a high willingness to learn
• Motivation to develop further in an exciting and future-oriented working environment
