Role Summary

Support for organizational and consulting projects
Preparation of new tenders and implementation phases
Support in creating benchmarks
Participate in FM feasibility studies
Opportunity to contribute your own ideas and suggestions to a great team

Requirements

Studies in the field of facility management, civil or industrial engineering, architecture, technical building equipment, real estate management or a comparable economics course
Willingness to perform, strong communication skills and team spirit
German language skills at an independent application level (at least B2)
