• Development of sustainable real estate projects and introduction of solutions for ecological and economic sustainability
• Analysis of real estate valuation in the area of technical due diligence
• Participation in architectural competitions and support in tendering and awarding
• Support in contract negotiations and administration as well as control of deadlines, costs and quality
• Creation of presentations, schedules, budget overviews and feasibility studies

Requirements

• Advanced studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction) or a comparable course of study
• Sound knowledge of construction principles and processes, supplemented by desirable knowledge of the Revit and AutoCAD programs
• Confident handling of MS Office products
• Good knowledge of German at an independent application level (at least B2)
• Motivation to develop further in an exciting and future-oriented working environment
• A meaningful cover letter is desirable
