Role Summary

As a clerk, you will be part of one of our teams that are responsible for supporting our agents, brokers or private customers*.

As a service-oriented contact person, you will take care of the concerns of our customers.

As part of this, you are responsible for the written processing and telephone information on ongoing and completed business transactions of high complexity.

You will conduct service-oriented telephone calls regarding demanding insurance-related customer concerns and questions in the areas of property, liability, accident and motor vehicle insurance.

Your cooperation is required in various projects and in the continuous improvement of our system landscape.

Requirements

• Your way of working is characterized by a very high level of customer orientation, communication skills and strong persuasiveness.
• You are motivated, resilient and willing to work on a flexible roster within our service hours.
• You have a high level of technical affinity and can quickly familiarize yourself with different user programs.
• You have completed training as an insurance salesman or insurance specialist.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the area of composite insurance (SHUK).
• The position can be filled full-time or part-time. Candidates who do not yet have all the required qualifications but are willing to acquire them through further training offered by us are welcome to apply.
