RiseGuide is an expert-powered self-improvement app for those who want to become the best version of themselves.

We build a microlearning product based on the insights and principles of outstanding role models. Our users develop charisma following the example of Michelle Obama and Steve Jobs, improve cognitive skills following the frameworks of Jim Quick and Barbara Oakley, and acquire good habits following the rules of Kobe Bryant and Mel Robbins.

Your future challenges

• Systematize and improve the onboarding process, scale up best practices and create a first-class process for newcomers' adaptation;
• Maintain a high level of employee lifecycle management, including operational support for closing probationary periods and conducting regular performance reviews;
• Work with HRMS: administration of PeopleForce, data filling, configuration, generation of reports from systems, etc.;
• Customize HR Operations processes for a team distributed between 2 offices (Warsaw and Kyiv) and remote;
• Work with various HR requests (health insurance, compensation and benefits, administrative issues);
• And many other interesting things!

It will be a plus

• Experience in implementing HRMS systems;
• Work with employee insurance (interaction with contractors, formation of guides, employee consultations).

Requirements

This will require the following skills and experience

• Experience with HRMS (PeopleForce, HiBob or others);
• Understanding the components of the Employee Lifecycle;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• High stress resistance and adaptability to changes;
• High ownership for working with projects, attention to details, proactivity and perseverance;
• Systematic work and critical thinking;
• Knowledge of the Polish language at the level of A2/B1 or higher.
