RiseGuide is an expert-powered self-improvement app for those who want to become the best version of themselves.

We build a microlearning product based on the insights and principles of outstanding role models. Our users develop charisma following the example of Michelle Obama and Steve Jobs, improve cognitive skills following the frameworks of Jim Quick and Barbara Oakley, and acquire good habits following the rules of Kobe Bryant and Mel Robbins.

Your future challenges

Create short motion content (Shorts, Reels, TikTok) generating millions of views;
Form and build an animation system that will become a recognizable part of the visual language of Social Media RiseGuide;
Work in conjunction with the Social Media team to find the best solutions in visual storytelling;
Adapt graphic assets and experiment with new information presentation formats.

Requirements

This will require the following skills and experience

Experience in creating motion graphics for social media (understanding the specifics and aesthetics of short-form video);
Confident mastery of Adobe After Effects, as well as the ability to work with assets from Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator;
Experience in using AI tools to optimize processes;
Understanding the dramaturgy of short-form content, the structure of Hook, Retention, Conflict, Call to Action;
English at the Upper-Intermediate+ level to work with English-language content;
The ability to take responsibility for the result, make independent decisions and argue one's position;
Understanding how visual content affects business metrics and commercial results;
Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, flexibility and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

We are currently launching and actively developing a Social Media direction, so we are looking for a Motion Designer to help turn our ambitious ideas into viral and dynamic content.
