We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our team in Warsaw

Responsibilities

• support the operational part of business tasks
• analyze key metrics and warning signals and provide recommendations
• to optimize processes in cross-team policies and flows
• to automate manual and routine processes
• active interaction with cross-functional teams - finance, legal, product, analytics

Requirements

What is important to us

• 1+ year of work experience in FMCG/consulting/finance/operations-management in the position of auditor, consultant, analyst, etc.
• Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Spreadsheet
• Ability to analyze large volumes of information
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in English at the B2 level
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly formulate your thoughts
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes
