Position: Site Manager/Construction Manager (HV/MV Power Stations).

Your influence

  • Management and coordination of all work carried out on site in accordance with schedule, budget and contract requirements.
  • Supervision of the implementation of projects related to power stations, HV/MV installations and energy infrastructure.
  • Ensuring compliance of work performed with design documentation, quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Monitoring work progress and identifying and implementing corrective actions in case of deviations from the plan.
  • Managing construction site safety and promoting a "Zero Incidents" culture in accordance with HSE requirements.
  • Coordination and supervision of the work of subcontractors and suppliers carrying out work on the construction site.
  • Managing the project implementation schedule and cooperation with the project team in planning and optimizing activities.
  • Representing the company towards the client, investor, subcontractors, consortium partners and local authorities.
  • Identification and management of project risks, costs and changes affecting the implementation of the investment.
  • Managing the construction team and ensuring effective cooperation between all project participants.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing the construction, assembly, commissioning or implementation of projects in the power sector.
  • Experience in projects related to power stations, HV/MV installations, HVDC systems, renewable energy sources or industrial infrastructure.
  • Practical knowledge of construction, assembly and commissioning processes in the energy industry.
  • Experience in managing subcontractors and coordinating the work of multiple contractors in a project environment.
  • Ability to manage schedule, costs, risks and achievement of project milestones.
  • Knowledge of contract requirements, change management and claims processes.
  • Good knowledge of construction law, labor law and occupational health and safety (HSE) requirements.
  • Higher technical education, preferred fields: electrical engineering, energy, automation or related fields.
  • Construction qualifications and knowledge of English at a level enabling work in an international environment.
  • Highly developed leadership, communication and negotiation skills as well as readiness to work on projects implemented throughout the country.

Welcome

  • Project management certificates (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
  • Certificates related to occupational safety and construction management.
  • Experience in implementing projects for the electricity transmission and distribution sector.
