Operations Manager

Operations Manager at Securitas in Kraków, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Poland.

Responsibilities

Your tasks will include

• Building and maintaining relationships with the client
• operational support for protection activities in the southern part of Poland
• supervision over compliance with safety procedures,
• supervising security staff and supporting their daily work,
• threat analysis and incident reporting,
• implementation of inspection and intervention activities,

representing the company in contacts with local administration and law enforcement services.

Requirements

We are looking for people who

• have experience in managing teams in the field,
• have a current entry on the list of Qualified Security Employees (a necessary requirement),
• have a category B driving license (necessary requirement),
• are ready for frequent business trips,
• can act independently and make decisions in dynamic situations,
• are stress-resistant, responsible and well-organized,
• remain in good physical condition and have high personal culture,
• have knowledge of procedures for the protection of persons and property and experience in working with operational documentation,

people with experience in uniformed services who want to use their skills in a commercial structure are welcome.

Additional operational requirements

• willingness to work in shifts (including nights and weekends - if necessary),
• ability to make quick decisions in crisis situations,
• knowledge of safety procedures and principles of protection of persons and property,
• good organization of own work and ability to coordinate tasks in the field,
• experience in maintaining operational documentation and reporting incidents,
• knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, GPS monitoring is welcome,

flexibility and availability – often on-call.
