Sales & Operations Coordinator – Medical Sector at SGS.

Requirements

• high level of knowledge about the activities and products of certification bodies, in particular related to medical devices and in vitro diagnostics
• experience in selling services to global/international companies
• ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to build strong relationships with clients
• high precision and accuracy when issuing proposals to clients in order to avoid misinterpretation and ensure compliance with the client's needs and expectations
• fluent knowledge of English; Knowledge of other additional foreign languages will be an advantage
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce CRM
• valid driving license category B
• demonstrating own initiative, ability to use resources and time management
• readiness to go on business trips

• creating and implementing sales strategies for certification services in the area of medical devices and in vitro diagnostics
• coordination of sales and operational activities in Poland and the Scandinavian countries
• acquiring customers and conducting commercial negotiations - from the first contact to signing the contract
• preparing offers in accordance with SGS procedures and global pricing policy
• Collaborating with local and global teams to deliver services and develop customer relationships
• participation in operational meetings, reporting activities in CRM
• coordination of cross-industry projects with global key clients
• monitoring the market and competition and providing feedback to management
