Responsibilities

These exciting tasks await you with us

• They manage around 30 employees in a workshop with modern technology.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day business runs smoothly and thereby leading the workshop to successful operating results.
• You will also be a trustworthy contact for our customers regarding workshop issues.
• As a workshop manager, you will also support your team with daily tasks, such as accepting repairs or selling our technical premium product range.
• You pass on your know-how to the trainees in the workshop and accompany you until you graduate.

Requirements

What you bring with you

• As a workshop manager, you have completed a master's examination in the field of agricultural machinery mechatronics.
• If you already have experience running a workshop, that's perfect. In any case, you are proficient in MS Office applications and have an understanding of economic relationships.
• You like to work independently and on your own responsibility and support your team as a trustworthy contact person. You value the motivation of each individual.
• As a workshop manager, you like to lend a hand and keep an overview in every situation. You will impress with your confident demeanor and your strong customer orientation.
