Role Summary

Our goal is a solar system on every roof, a storage system in every house and an electric car in every garage. Enpal makes this possible with an integrated overall solution for decentralized energy - from solar systems and battery storage to wallboxes, smart meters and heat pumps. The centerpiece is our AI-supported platform Enpal.One +, which intelligently networks thousands of systems and efficiently optimizes electricity procurement and feed-in into the energy market.

Responsibilities

• You work closely with our external sales partners and internal teams and ensure smooth collaboration.
• You accompany the onboarding of new sales partners and support them in quickly becoming successful.
• You are the first point of contact for operational and organizational questions from our sales partners and support them in their day-to-day business.
• You work closely with different teams and contribute your own ideas to continuously develop our processes.
• You analyze processes, identify potential for improvement and support the implementation of optimization measures.
• You evaluate relevant key figures, create reports and derive recommendations for action.
• You lead daily meetings, coordinate open topics and ensure that projects progress efficiently.
• You take responsibility for your own projects and drive them forward independently.

Requirements

• You are studying economics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study, or have already successfully completed your studies.
• You enjoy dealing with people and communicate confidently with different stakeholders.
• You have a good analytical understanding and can support data-based decisions.
• You like to take responsibility and approach issues independently and proactively.
• You work in a structured, organized manner and maintain an overview of several topics at the same time.
• Initial practical experience through internships, working student positions or your own projects is a plus, but not a must.
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written German rounds off your profile.
