Role Summary

Our goal is a solar system on every roof, a storage system in every house and an electric car in every garage. As a Sales Support Manager, you are the central interface between our sales partners, agencies and internal departments. You ensure that the sales process runs smoothly for our sales partners and customers, thereby directly contributing to seven-figure monthly sales.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire sales process for around 25 sales partners and therefore for monthly sales in the seven-figure range.
• Direct contact with sales partners and customers for operational questions, challenges and individual concerns.
• Fast and independent solution of operational edge cases and coordination with relevant internal teams.
• Ensuring a smooth sales process - from lead handover to successful sales completion and assembly scheduling.
• Monitoring of relevant KPIs and processes in order to identify risks and the need for action at an early stage.
• Support in scaling the sales organization through better processes, clear responsibilities and increasing automation.

Requirements

• Knowledge of German at a native speaker level or C2 – confident in speaking and writing.
• Hands-on and solution-oriented - you get involved yourself, find pragmatic solutions and bring issues to the goal.
• Strong communicators and service-oriented - you communicate clearly and confidently, whether in writing or on the phone, and enjoy helping customers, sellers and stakeholders.
• Independent, structured and organized - you set priorities, take responsibility and keep track of many parallel tasks.
• Quick comprehension and proactive way of working - you quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics, identify problems and potential for improvement at an early stage and act on your own initiative.
• Team player – you enjoy working with different teams and stakeholders and advancing issues together.
