Full Python Developer

Role Summary

As a Full Python Developer at Montreal, you will be part of one of the best technology companies in Brazil. You will be responsible for the analysis, development, support and evolution of Artificial Intelligence systems and solutions, using the Python language and SQL and NoSQL databases. It will also work in dialogue with users, identifying needs, supporting the definition of solutions and ensuring alignment between business requirements and the technological solutions developed.

Complete higher education in IT courses;

Experience in systems analysis and development in Python (including design patterns, asynchronous programming and best practices).

Solid experience in developing REST APIs and microservices (FastAPI, Flask, Django).

Advanced AI knowledge

Machine learning models (Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM).

Generative models and LLMs (Hugging Face, OpenAI, LangChain, Transformers).

Fine-tuning, embeddings, vectorization and RAG techniques.

Data manipulation and processing (Pandas, NumPy).

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Experience with containers and automation (Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD).

Desirable personal qualifications: Good communication, knowing how to solve problems, working in a team, commitment, organization and proactivity.
