Saleswoman (m/f/d) with warehouse experience

Role Summary

• Your task

As a salesperson (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact in the branch and ensure a positive customer experience in sales and service.

• Advising our customers in sales and consultations
• Cashiering and processing complaints
• Scheduling of workshop orders
• Maintenance and presentation of the sales area (product presentation)
• Receipt of goods, storage and support in the warehouse area
• 5-day week (Mon-Sat) with early and late shifts in a two-shift system

Requirements

• Experience in retail/sales, e.g. as a sales employee, specialist salesperson, customer advisor, sales consultant, retail clerk (m/f/d)
• Interested in the automotive industry or the hardware store environment
• Motivation to familiarize yourself with new products and processes
• Instructor suitability (AEVO) is an advantage
• Physically fit (standing and walking up to 8 hours per day)
