Role Summary

The focus is on telephone contact with existing customers - structured, service-oriented and with a real impact on sales success.

In our sales-oriented outbound team, you will arrange appointments for our field service as part of targeted marketing measures
You are in active telephone contact with our existing R+V customers
You enter customer data carefully and efficiently in our customer management system

Your personal training will take place in Wiesbaden.

Requirements

Enjoy telephone contact with customers – your voice is your most important tool
Long-term perspective to permanently enrich our team (no semester breaks or transitional work)
Very good knowledge of spoken and written German as well as confident linguistic expression
Sales-oriented mindset and the ability to convince interviewees
Working securely with Microsoft 365
Team spirit, commitment and a service-oriented demeanor
Initial experience in customer service is desirable – career changers are welcome

Basic knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus – not a must.
