Role Summary

• Support in monitoring construction progress and the quality of the technical work
• Support and support in coordinating the trades on the construction site as well as preparing and following up on coordination
• Participation in the construction site logistics and organization
• Support with scheduling, cost and quality controlling as well as project documentation
• Accompaniment of measurement checks and preparation of invoices
• Support with technical inventory and use of digital tools for consistent reporting
• Preparation and processing of formal correspondence

Requirements

• Studies in the field of technical building equipment, energy/electrical engineering, supply and environmental technology or a comparable course of study
• Basic technical understanding of real estate and building equipment as well as knowledge of HOAI, VOB, DIN-VDE or VDI guidelines
• Interested in combining classic construction management and technical building equipment
• Confident handling of common MS Office products
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least B2 level)
• Quick learner, strong communication skills and proactive willingness to learn
