Full planning and project management responsibility within planning projects

Development and planning of overall solutions in electrical engineering according to the complete service phases of the HOAI (planning, tendering, awarding)

Content and organizational leadership responsibility for expert planning teams in supply and building technology and commercial responsibility for the planning project

• Controlling the planning process within general planning and interface to the internal and external planning participants
• Advising our customers and sparring with internal departments with regard to planning processes for supply technology and building technology systems
• Developing innovative electrical planning solutions for complex projects, buildings and systems

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in electrical or energy engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of solid professional experience in a comparable position with planning or project management responsibility at a general planning company or technical technical planning office
• Sound knowledge of the design and interpretation of concepts for technical building equipment, particularly electrical engineering
• Willingness to travel for project-related daily commutes
• Independent, conceptual, structured and cross-trade work with the integral project approach
• Solution-oriented negotiation skills and a good feel for people and issues
