Overall responsibility for the construction phase of large-scale civil engineering projects - essentially pipeline construction and cable engineering (underground cables, route construction)
- Ensuring quality, deadlines, costs and contract fulfillment using AI-supported digital tools
- Control of complex construction processes taking into account permits, safety and environmental regulations
- Function as central contact for clients, construction companies and internal project teams
- Moderation of construction meetings, coordination appointments and decision-making rounds
- Transparent presentation of risks, deviations and decision needs, determination of countermeasures in the event of deviations
- Management and coordination of construction supervisors
Requirements
Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable qualification, alternatively: many years of relevant professional experience in civil engineering/pipeline construction
- Several years of experience as a construction manager or site manager in civil engineering as well as in-depth experience with complex construction processes
- Openness to the use of AI-supported tools in construction monitoring, scheduling and risk management – not just users, but co-designers
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Powerful decision-making even under time and cost pressure
- High willingness to travel to accompany projects on the construction site
- Class B driving license
