Role Summary

Are you enthusiastic about project management in building construction and would you like to play an active role in shaping industrial projects? Support our Project Solution Industry business unit with challenging projects and create ideal conditions for your professional future.

• Development of sustainable real estate projects and introduction of solutions for ecological and economic sustainability
• Analysis of real estate valuation in the area of technical due diligence
• Participation in architectural competitions and support in tendering and awarding
• Support in contract negotiations and administration as well as control of deadlines, costs and quality
• Creation of presentations, schedules, budget overviews and feasibility studies

Requirements

• Advanced studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction) or a comparable course of study
• Knowledge of construction principles and processes
• Confident handling of MS Office products
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least B2)
• Motivation to develop further in an exciting and future-oriented working environment
