Projektleiter / Bauleiter (w/m/d) Industrie

Role Summary

Would you like to successfully implement demanding industrial projects - technically excellent, economically efficient and as a real team project? As a project manager/construction manager in industrial construction, you will take on site responsibility for demanding building construction and plant projects at our regional locations. Together with your project team, you coordinate everyone involved and ensure that the project runs smoothly - from planning to start of production (SOP).

Independent construction project management of demanding industrial projects from conception to commissioning

Professional leadership and further development of the construction management team across all trades

Economical handling of the construction projects, monitoring of construction execution and coordination of the internal and external project participants in the construction project

• Overarching project responsibility and monitoring of deadlines, project budgets and quality standards
• Coordination to ensure the start of production (SOP) and smooth project progress
• Preparation of project documentation and reports as well as regular reporting
• Integrating the services relating to plant construction into the overall project

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of in-depth experience in the construction management of sophisticated industrial and production buildings
• Ideally experience in plant engineering or experience with an EPC or EPCM contractor
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English is desirable for exchanges with international partners and customers

High level of communication skills, initiative and assertiveness as well as sensitivity in dealing with customers and the different requirements of all stakeholders
