Role Summary

Do you have an eye for detail and would you like to supervise building technology systems in the areas of heating, ventilation, plumbing and air conditioning on the construction site? In this position, you will support the property monitoring of demanding construction projects in the area of supply technology and ensure that deadlines, quality and processes are adhered to. We implement projects in a wide variety of areas - this position focuses on exciting projects in the industrial and real estate environment. • Independent construction supervision for one or more construction sites in LPH 8 with a focus on the mechanical trades in KG400
• Taking on internal sub-project management tasks (including costs, quality, deadlines)
• Management of construction meetings
• Execution of construction documentation using digital tools

Requirements

• Completed studies in supply technology, building technology or TGA master/technician in the field of HLSK or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in construction management or property monitoring
• Safe handling of the VOB and the rules of technology
• Willingness to take on responsibility and travel to on-site construction sites in the region
• Confident communication skills at different levels
• Enjoy working with different people, teams and tasks
