Role Summary

Would you like to gain practical insights into project work during your studies and support our team in the project office at the Völklingen location? You will have the opportunity to get to know construction management processes, take on responsibility and gain valuable practical experience in an exciting project environment.

Support in cost management, especially in checking offers, invoices and supplements, as well as participation in appointment and contract management (order management)

Participation in reporting, e.g. B. in the creation and preparation of budget overviews as well as cost and deadline reports

• Participation in project meetings
• Maintenance and structuring of project documentation as well as support in data management
• Preparation and organizational support in conducting workshops
• Support the project team in ongoing day-to-day business

Requirements

Study in the field of architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering with a focus on construction or in a comparable course of study in the advanced semester

• Confident handling of common MS Office products
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English; Knowledge of French is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, team orientation and high reliability
