Role Summary

Our planning teams combine technical understanding, analytical skills and creative thinking. As an integral partner in planning and implementation, we offer you the opportunity to demonstrate your planning talents and develop innovative solutions for complex technical challenges. We implement projects in a wide range of industries such as data centers, commercial, residential construction or semiconductor and battery cell production. During the application process, we will find out together which team and which orientation suits you best.

• Responsible for the planning of complex TGA solutions for sprinkler and fire extinguishing technology across all service phases of the HOAI
• Developing and implementing sprinkler and fire extinguishing systems for demanding construction projects
• Participate in the design of the TGA planning process in general planning and collaboration with internal and external specialist planning teams
• Independent processing of projects within the fire extinguishing team
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and technical specifications
• Bringing innovative approaches into planning and implementation

Requirements

• Completed studies in supply technology, building technology, mechanical engineering, civil engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the specialist planning of TGA projects, ideally in a general planning company or TGA specialist planning office
• Sound knowledge of TGA, especially sprinkler and fire extinguishing technology
• Basic knowledge of VdS CEA4001 and FM-Global is desirable
• Confident use of industry software such as CAD, CAE or BIM
• Fluent knowledge of German, knowledge of English is an advantage
• Structured, independent and interdisciplinary way of working
