Role Summary

Whether bridges, roads, energy, rail or complex infrastructure projects – as a senior construction manager (f/m/d) you are the pacesetter that turns ideas into reality. You lead teams with passion, confidently keep an eye on deadlines, budgets and quality and master demanding projects with foresight and a hands-on mentality. Independent monitoring of demanding infrastructure projects from conception to commissioning

Professional leadership and further development of the construction management team across all trades

Economical handling of the construction projects, monitoring of construction execution and coordination of the internal and external project participants in the construction project

Overarching project responsibility and monitoring of deadlines, project budgets and quality standards

Preparation of project documentation and reports as well as regular reporting

Requirements

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering or a qualification as a technician/master craftsman with a connection to construction

• Several years of in-depth experience in the construction management of demanding infrastructure projects
• Project-related willingness to travel within Germany
• Very good written and spoken German and good English skills are desirable for exchanges with international partners and customers
• High level of communication skills, initiative and assertiveness as well as sensitivity in dealing with customers and the different requirements of all stakeholders
• Valid Class B driving license
