Role Summary

• Support in the development of strategic concepts and consulting approaches for public and private clients
• Assisting in ongoing projects through location analyses, business model development and project evaluations
• Carrying out economic assessments, structural analyzes and calculations at property, company and portfolio levels
• Independent research and preparation of legal, organizational and financial issues as well as benchmarks and best practices
• Creation of presentations, reports and decision templates for internal and external stakeholders

Participation in the preparation and implementation of workshops, interviews and presentations as well as in the further development of internal tools and methods

Requirements

Study in the field of real estate economics, real estate management, civil engineering, business with a real estate focus or a comparable advanced course of study

• Initial practical experience, ideally in consulting or project management
• Confident use of MS Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least level B2)
• Analytical thinking, structured way of working and strong strategic understanding
• Motivation to actively participate, develop and help shape oneself in an exciting and future-oriented working environment
