Project management of demanding large-scale projects in the areas of road construction, traffic systems and transport infrastructure, both for the public and private sectors

• Entrepreneurial and strategic responsibility for projects (task, resource and budget planning)
• Technical leadership of medium and large project teams (10 - 25 people)
• Advising customers on strategic, organizational and technical issues during project management
• Control and management of projects using digital tools as well as offer creation and negotiation
• Proactively building customer relationships and making new acquisitions

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, traffic engineering, architecture, industrial engineering with technical specialization, dual studies in the field of construction, infrastructure or traffic or a comparable qualification
• At least 10 years of professional experience in the management, planning or construction of infrastructure projects, experience in managing large-scale projects
• Experience in the professional management of employees as well as a high level of consulting skills and the ability to think and collaborate in an interdisciplinary manner
• Sound knowledge of the relevant rules and regulations (e.g. RStO, RASt, RE-ING, RAB-ING, HOAI, VOB)
• Solution-oriented and customer-oriented actions as well as good communication skills
• Acquisition experience and willingness to carry out new acquisitions
• Willingness to travel within Germany
