Role Summary

Are you an expert in the field of TGA (heating, ventilation, plumbing or air conditioning)? In addition to the building technology, do you always have an overview of costs, quality and adherence to deadlines? Then we should get to know each other! As a consultant, you will take on the project management of demanding construction projects in northern Germany and create real added value for our customers. Whether it's a data center, laboratory, energy center or conversion during ongoing operations: you keep an eye on costs, deadlines and quality and work with our customers to develop tailor-made solutions for complex challenges.

• Managing projects with a high level of building technology
• Technical leadership of project teams
• Representing the client and taking over his tasks
• Quality assurance of planning and construction services
• Comprehensible preparation, structuring and explanation of complex content for our customers
• Participation in the expansion of the engineering management of the Drees & Sommer Group

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in technical building equipment (TGA), supply technology, building technology, energy technology, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification (e.g. technician)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the areas of planning, construction and/or execution, ideally in construction consulting
• Basic knowledge of the relevant regulations and legal requirements as well as confident handling of the VOB, HOAI and optionally AHO
• Enjoy working with builders and project participants on optimization, digitalization, quality assurance, as well as designing environmental and ecological aspects of complex technical buildings
• Solution-oriented negotiation skills with a very good feel for people and issues
