Role Summary

Do you enjoy being on site at the construction site and always have the big picture in mind when it comes to your project? Your strengths lie in coordinating, leading and motivating a wide range of project participants? Then come to us and take on responsibility as project team leader for exciting large-scale projects in Northern Germany.

• Higher-level construction project management for the realization of highly complex building construction projects
• Overall responsibility for the timely, quality and cost-effective processing of the task packages in the construction and execution phase of the project on site
• Content and organizational management responsibility of the project teams in the various specialist trades as well as the subcontractors used
• Planning, controlling and coordinating the necessary capacities and resources, always with an eye on achieving the project goals
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and occupational health and safety measures
• Active and continuous optimization of internal processes and procedures as well as training of those involved in the process

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or architecture or a qualification as a master craftsman with a connection to construction
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, e.g. as (senior) construction manager or project manager in construction or the execution of projects in building construction
• Experience in the technical management of project teams and subcontractors as well as a strong entrepreneurial and communicative way of thinking and working
• Confident knowledge and application of the VOB, HOAI and other common regulations of the German construction industry
• Willingness to travel for project-related purposes and regularly work on construction sites in northern Germany
