Role Summary

Are you experienced in controlling and monitoring construction projects with a focus on technical building equipment as well as measurement, control and regulation technology? • Coordinating and monitoring the construction companies in the areas of TGA and MSR
• Ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines and quality on the construction site
• Controlling construction projects with a particular focus on MSR technology
• Technical guidance and leadership of project teams
• Recognizing and implementing optimization potential in construction
• Contact person for customers in contract and strategy questions

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of building technology, electrical engineering or comparable disciplines, alternatively a technician or master's degree
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the field of TGA or MSR technology
• Profound experience in property monitoring, especially in service phases 6-8 of the HOAI
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Goal-oriented and independent work
• Willingness to travel in the Northern Germany area and flexibility
