Role Summary
Are you enthusiastic about cost management of demanding building construction projects with a particular focus on technical building equipment?
In the role of cost manager, you take on a central role in budgeting, controlling and optimizing complex projects. With your professional focus on the KG 400, you will make a significant contribution to the success of the project throughout all planning and implementation phases. This position can be carried out full-time or part-time at our locations in Stuttgart, Frankfurt/Main, Cologne, Munich, Hamburg, Freiburg and Ulm. Please indicate your desired number of hours.
- Quality management as well as analysis and creation of KPIs from our projects with a focus on cost group 400 (TGA)
- Preparation of cost estimates and cost calculations, especially for the technical trades (HLSK, electrical, MSR)
- Project management for the topic of costs in large projects including coordination of all project participants and specialist disciplines
- Process optimization as well as the development and further development of model-based cost determination with the RIB iTWO construction software
- Preparation of projections and forecasts as well as determination of fee claims according to HOAI
- Technical support in customer acquisitions in the area of cost management
Requirements
- Completed degree in utility, building or energy technology or a comparable course of study; Alternatively, a technician or master’s degree with a focus on TGA
- Several years of professional experience in cost management in cost group 400
- Good knowledge of the calculation of technical construction work
- Knowledge of Excel, AHO and HOAI as well as the use of construction software, ideally RIB iTWO
- A confident and convincing demeanor as well as a strong ability to think and collaborate in an interdisciplinary manner
