As a project manager (f/m/d) for building construction with an international focus, you will be jointly responsible for the diverse project management of a wide variety of exciting projects for our international customers from the focus industries TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom, Data Center) and HPI (semiconductor industry and battery cell production).

Advising international customers in the EMEA region and/or taking over client representation on English-speaking projects in Germany

Management and monitoring of deadlines, costs and building qualities

Broad field of activity from the preparation of feasibility studies at the start of the project to the management of the commissioning of the implemented projects

Expansion of existing customer relationships and first point of contact for our English-speaking customers in Germany and the EMEA region

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in architecture, construction management or civil and industrial engineering
• At least 5 years of professional experience in international project management
• Persuasion, assertiveness and negotiation skills as well as a creative and dynamic way of acting
• Fluent English language skills and business fluent German skills
• Confident appearance with German and English-speaking customers as well as high intercultural competence
• Willingness to travel and international mobility
