Vertragsmanager (w/m/d) EPCM für Großprojekte Real Estate und Infrastruktur

Role Summary

Do you have knowledge of construction contract law and your interests and strengths lie in advising and dealing with customers and other project participants as well as in negotiation situations? As a contract manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of exciting EPCM construction projects. Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Management (EPCM) – that is our mission. We successfully implement projects by overcoming the interfaces between planning, specifications and construction. This position can be filled full-time or part-time (at least 24 hours per week). Please indicate the desired number of hours when you apply.

• Contract/supplement management with a focus on VOB contracts for complex EPCM construction projects
• Contractual evaluation and review of additional remuneration claims for changed/additional construction work (VOB/BGB) in coordination with property monitoring
• Writing supplementary test reports, award recommendations and statements for the client
• Processing contract-relevant correspondence from the construction companies
• Carrying out supplementary negotiations with the contractors
• Conducting regular meetings with the client on contract-relevant matters relating to the construction companies
• Control and control of contract management processes as well as corresponding reporting

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering/industrial engineering or architecture
• At least three years of professional experience in a practical construction environment
• Experience in contract management and in supporting larger construction projects
• Solid knowledge of the MS Office package and MS Project
• Strong ability to think and act in an interdisciplinary, structured manner
