Participation in the development of feasibility studies, including location and market analyses, cost determinations and economic feasibility considerations

Support in the preparation of technical due diligence reports, including accompanying building inspections, checking and evaluating technical property documents and assessing the quality of real estate projects

• Participation in monitoring visits as part of project developments for investors and financiers
• Accompaniment and support of technical asset management mandates
• Independent implementation and further development of projects

Requirements

Study in the field of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction), real estate management or a comparable course of study in the advanced semester

• Confident handling of MS Office products
• German language skills at an independent application level (at least B2)
• Motivation to develop further in an exciting and future-oriented working environment
