Role Summary

Would you like to help design sophisticated construction projects and take on technical responsibility for a committed team? As part of a team of around 30 people spread across Germany, you will be in close contact with colleagues and contribute your expertise in a targeted manner.

• Professional management of a team of planners and construction managers with a focus on construction logistics
• Taking responsibility for multiple projects and ensuring smooth project progress
• Ensuring quality, deadlines and costs in project execution
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize construction logistics processes
• Act as the first point of contact for customers on contract, strategy and escalation issues
• Participation in operational and strategic business development in the construction logistics service
• Promote and develop employees within the team

Requirements

• Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, urban planning, logistics or a comparable field
• several years of professional experience as a planner or construction manager in the field of construction logistics
• Solid knowledge of construction contract law
• Experience in leading projects and teams
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• Strategic, analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking
• Willingness for ongoing training and development
