Fachplaner/ Sachverständiger (w/m/d) Vorbeugender Brandschutz

Role Summary

Our growing fire protection area of expertise offers comprehensive advice on fire protection and technical construction issues for internal and external customers at four locations in Germany. Our diverse team brings its expertise and passion for fire protection to every phase of the property life cycle. • Advising colleagues, builders, architects, property and specialist planners on fire protection topics in all service phases according to HOAI/AHO
• Fire protection assessment of standard and special buildings in new and existing buildings
• Preparation of fire protection certificates and fire protection technical statements
• Coordinate with authorities, builders, architects, property and specialist planners
• Independent processing of projects within our fire protection team

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or comparable
• Professional experience in the field of fire protection
• Certified qualification as a specialist planner and/or expert (f/m/d) for preventive fire protection
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips throughout Germany
• Passionate about fire protection and creative solution concepts, with a desire for further development and personal responsibility
• Independent work style and team spirit
