(Senior-) Projektleiter/Experte (w/m/d) Onshore-Leitungs- und Trassenbau (Gas / Wasserstoff / Strom) Großprojekte Energieinfrastruktur

Role Summary

They play a central role in the implementation of future-oriented energy corridors and make a significant contribution to the expansion of the electricity, gas and hydrogen infrastructure in Germany. In demanding large-scale projects, you combine structured project management with operational implementation skills.

• Responsible for the implementation of onshore infrastructure projects (gas, hydrogen and power lines) with a focus on line and route construction
• Control of the implementation planning and the awarding processes for open and closed construction procedures
• Coordination and control of engineering offices and specialist service providers in the execution phase, as well as taking on project management tasks
• Execution of the building owner function in partnership contract models as well as in standard price contracts
• Ensuring the project success factors (costs, deadlines, quality, occupational safety) in implementation
• Active control and monitoring of execution on the construction site, including ensuring that services are provided in accordance with the contract

Transparency and efficiency through digital construction sites, including: use of digital platforms, drone solutions and AI-supported evaluations for progress control and quality assurance

Communication and coordination with authorities, municipalities, associations and private owners

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering, geosciences, surveying, environmental sciences or comparable, alternatively a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Additional qualification as a welding engineer, pipe network master or comparable is desirable
• Several years of experience in the realization of pipeline or line-bound infrastructure projects, experience with trenchless construction methods is an advantage

Safe handling of relevant regulations (DVGW, DIN, VOB)

Strong implementation skills, willingness to make decisions and a sense of responsibility. Strong communication skills and confident demeanor when dealing with different stakeholders

• Ability to work independently in interdisciplinary project teams, the ability to work in a team and the willingness to contribute actively and with commitment
• Affinity for digital tools and innovative technologies in the construction context
• Willingness to undertake project-related business trips
