Role Summary
Would you like to advance complex construction and real estate projects using the EPCM approach and effectively combine engineering, procurement and construction management? In this role, you will manage demanding new construction and existing projects with a focus on HLSK in cost group 400, reduce interface risks and ensure deadlines, costs and quality throughout the entire construction phase.
Your work environment is as diverse as our projects. Depending on the project requirements, you will work on our construction sites and project locations nationwide and work closely with the teams at our Drees & Sommer locations.
Responsible construction supervision as project manager: in one or more construction sites in performance phase 8 with a focus on heating, ventilation, sanitary and refrigeration technology (HLSK)
- Professional leadership and further development of project teams as well as guidance of colleagues in the project context
- Economical handling of construction projects, monitoring of construction work and interface function with external project participants
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, quality and safety goals during construction
- Application and control of cost, supplement and change management as well as participation in the preparation of offers
- Coordination and control of all HLSK trades as well as ensuring smooth integration into the overall project
Requirements
Completed studies in supply technology, building technology, energy and environmental technology or a comparable qualification or degree as a technician or master in the field of TGA
- Several years of professional experience in construction management, property monitoring, construction management or TGA planning with a focus on HLSK
- Experience in managing complex construction projects, ideally in the EPCM environment or in integrated project delivery models
- Safe handling of the VOB as well as in-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (DIN, HOAI etc.)
- High willingness to travel for project work on construction sites throughout Germany
- Very good organizational and communication skills as well as a confident demeanor towards different project participants
