Senior Projektleiter (w/m/d) Integrierte Projektabwicklung (IPA)

Role Summary

We act as an integral solution provider for highly complex projects, actively shape the IPA service portfolio and drive the further development of collaborative processing models. As a senior project manager for integrated project management (IPA), you will be responsible for groundbreaking construction projects in building construction and make a significant contribution to the design of the IPA toolbox and future-oriented methodology. Become part of an interdisciplinary team and drive the further development of IPA with us.

Strategic alignment of the collaborative processing models in accordance with the corporate and account strategy, especially in the course of the construction of new hospitals

Responsible for the development and implementation of integrated project management models for highly complex construction projects in close cooperation with customers

• Technical leadership of an interdisciplinary team in the areas of IPA management, lean management and cost controlling
• Advancing knowledge transfer through further development and implementation of training on IPA models and best practice approaches
• Close collaboration with the customer contact person as well as other internal and external stakeholders in the role as a specialist for IPA
• Active participation in the continuous development of IPA models
• Responsible management of acquisitions

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in the fields of civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or a related field
• Demonstrated several years of experience in project management of large projects
• Enthusiasm and passion for collaborative project delivery models as well as in-depth practical experience in IPA projects
• Strong understanding of project management and construction processes
• Willingness to travel for project-related purposes
• Very good knowledge of data environments (CDE) and collaborative tools (e.g. Whiteboard, Lean, etc.)
• Ability to communicate effectively in German and English with different stakeholders at all levels

Ideally, further training in the area of mediation and conflict management as well as strong moderation and communication skills in German and English and consulting skills
