Responsibilities

• Controlling the flow of goods and the warehouse team
• Monitoring the logistics processes and the overall quality of the warehouse
• Coordination of processes within the supply chain
• Creation of reports to management
• Advice, instruction and training of warehouse employees in new specifications and procedures regarding logistics processes
• Further development of quality standards
• Contact person for clients

Requirements

Successfully completed studies in the field of logistics or commercial training, preferably to become a freight forwarding clerk or a master in warehouse logistics

• Initial commercial professional experience in a logistics/forwarding environment is desirable
• Knowledge and experience in project management desirable
• Willingness to work staggered working hours (6:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.)
• Basic knowledge of SAP ERP / EWM
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Good communication skills and assertiveness
• Teamwork, resilience, willingness to learn
